	section.  Mention that it is enabled by -Wall.
	(-Wall): Mention that there can be language-specific warnings as well.
	(-Wctor-dtor-privacy): Mention that it is enabled by default.
	(-Wnon-virtual-dtor): Mention that it is enabled by -Wall.
