        * Makefile.in (genattrtab): Don't use (HOST_RTLANAL).
        * rtl.h (rtx_equal_p): Move prototype.
        * rtl.c (rtx_equal_function_value_matters): Move from
        rtlanal.c
        (rtx_equal_p): Likewise.
        * rtlanal.c (rtx_equal_function_value_matters): Delete.
        (rtx_equal_p): Likewise.
