in place of WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN, HOST_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN, except in
reference to endian-ness of integers.
(etrunci, etruncui, efixi, efixui, ereal_from_int, ereal_to_int, ltoe,
ultoe, eifrac, euifrac): Change `long' to `HOST_WIDE_INT'.
