        SILENT enumerators NOTIFICATION_ prefix.
        * runtime/error.c (notification_std): Likewise.
        * libgfortran.h (notification): Likewise.
        (GFC_LARGEST_BUF): Check for HAVE_GFC_INTEGER_16.
