gcov.c (flag_display_progress): New static variable.

	* gcov.c (flag_display_progress): New static variable.
	(main): Display progress info on standard output if requested.
	(options): Add -d/--display-progress.
	(print_usage): Print them.
	(process_args): Handle them.
	* doc/gcov.texi: Document them.
