i386.c (ix86_expand_clear): New.

        * config/i386/i386.c (ix86_expand_clear): New.
        * config/i386/i386-protos.h: Declare it.
        * config/i386/i386.md (setcc peep2s): Use it.
        (movsi_xor): Unexport.
