memtst.c: Reduce size of array when STACK_SIZE is defined.

        * gcc.c-torture/unsorted/memtst.c: Reduce size of array when
        STACK_SIZE is defined.
        * gcc.c-torture/unsorted/stuct.c: Similarly.
Makes targets with 16bit address spaces happy.
