vect-99.c: Include stdlib.h and tree-vect.h.

	* gcc.dg/vect/vect-99.c: Include stdlib.h and tree-vect.h.
	(main): Call check_vect and foo.  Check array values after
	the call to foo.
	* gcc.dg/vect/vect-117.c: Call check_vect.
	* gcc.dg/vect/no-vfa-pr29145.c: Ditto.
