re GNATS libgcj/230 (Function GC_debug_object_start does not exist)


        Fix for PR libgcj/230:
        * mark.c (GC_mark_from_mark_stack): Remove call to
        GC_debug_object_start.
        * gc_priv.h (GC_debug_object_start): Remove prototype.
