       * mkstemp.c: Include config.h even when not IN_GCC.  Wrap header
       inclusions inside HAVE_*_H macros.  Include ansidecl.h when not
       IN_GCC.
       * vasprintf.c: Include stdarg.h/varargs.h first.
       * vprintf.c: Likewise.
