(DBX_OUTPUT_MAIN_SOURCE_FILENAME): Clean up.  Set xcoff_lastfile.
(ABS_OR_RELATIVE_LINENO, ASM_OUTPUT_SOURCE_LINE): Delete here.
(DBX_OUTPUT_SOURCE_FILENAME): Delete.
