crossconfig.m4: Remove signbit, signbitf, signbitl.

	* linkage.m4: Comment LIBMATHOBJS, tweak others.  AC_DEFINES for
	builtin math functions instead of AC_DEFINE_UNQUOTED.
	* configure: Regenerate.
