	* include/ext/malloc_allocator.h (malloc_allocator::allocate):
	Make the second parameter unnamed, to void unused parameter
	warnings.
	* include/ext/mt_allocator.h (__mt_alloc::allocate): Ditto.
	* include/ext/new_allocator.h (new_allocator::allocate): Ditto.
