(REAL_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN): New macro. 

(REAL_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN): New macro.  Define as either
FLOAT_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN or HOST_FLOAT_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN.  Use it instead
of FLOAT_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN.
(m16m, edivm, emulm): Change `short' to `EMUSHORT', and `long' to `EMULONG'.
Clean up comments.
