print-rtl.c (print_rtx): Print space before vector, not after.

	* print-rtl.c (print_rtx): Print space before vector, not after.
	(debug_rtx): Clear sawclose before printing.
	(debug_rtx_list): Print newline after each list element.
	(debug_rtx_range): Likewise.
