(ASM_OUTPUT_LONG_DOUBLE): Delete call to
arm_increase_location.
(ASM_OUTPUT_{DOUBLE,FLOAT,INT,SHORT,CHAR,BYTE,ASCII,SKIP}): Likewise.
(ASM_OUTPUT_ALIGN): Delete all code refering to arm_text_location.
