ada-tree.h (TYPE_OBJECT_RECORD_TYPE, [...]): Use TYPE_MIN_VALUE_RAW instead of TYPE_MINVAL.

	TYPE_GCC_MIN_VALUE): Use TYPE_MIN_VALUE_RAW instead of TYPE_MINVAL.
