rs6000: Remove reload leftovers

There are a few things left in the rs6000 port that are unused now
that we do not support old reload anymore.  This removes those.


	* config/rs6000/rs6000-protos.h (rs6000_legitimize_reload_address_ptr):
	Delete declaration.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_legitimize_reload_address): Delete.
	(rs6000_debug_legitimize_reload_address): Delete.
	(rs6000_legitimize_reload_address_ptr): Delete.
	(rs6000_option_override_internal): Adjust.
	(mem_operand_gpr): Adjust comment.
	(legitimate_lo_sum_address_p): Ditto.
	(rs6000_legitimize_reload_address): Delete.
	(rs6000_debug_legitimize_reload_address): Delete.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.h (LEGITIMIZE_RELOAD_ADDRESS): Delete.
