config.gcc (score-*-elf): Remove score7.o.

        * config.gcc (score-*-elf): Remove score7.o.
        * config/score/t-score-elf: Likewise.
        * config/score/score.c: Merge score7 to score.c and remove forwarding functions.
        * config/score/score7.c: Deleted.
        * config/score/score7.h: Deleted.
