	* java/net/Socket.java
	(Socket): Dont initialize inputShutdown and outputShutdown twice,
	call bind() and connect() to actually do the bind and connect tasks.
	(bind): Connect to canonical address if bindpoint is null, create
	socket and bind it to bindpoint.
	(connect): Check for exceptions.
