sparc.c (sparc_vis_init_builtins): Retrieve the return mode from the builtin itself.

	* config/sparc/sparc.c (sparc_vis_init_builtins): Retrieve the
	return mode from the builtin itself.
	(sparc_fold_builtin): Fix cast of zero constant.
