parse.y (statement_nsi:): Pop `for' statement block.

	* parse.y (statement_nsi:): Pop `for' statement block.
	(java_complete_lhs): Labelled blocks containing no statement are
 	marked as completing normally.
(Part of the previous check-in, where the generated parse.c was
forgotten.)
