gengtype.c (adjust_field_rtx_def): Cast variables of type size_t to unsigned long, adjust printf format string.

	* gengtype.c (adjust_field_rtx_def): Cast variables of type size_t
	to unsigned long, adjust printf format string.
	(output_mangled_typename): Likewise.
