re GNATS libgcj/341 (Throwable.printStackTrace() isn't working)

	* include/jvm.h: Enable __builtin_expect().

	* name-finder.cc (lookup): Don't trust dladdr() if the address is from
	the main program. Fix for PR libgcj/341.
