	* doc/gcc.texi, doc/gccint.texi, doc/include/gcc-common.texi:
	Update based on printed manual.  Enable setting of offsets for
	FSFPRINT and move it to gcc-common.texi.
	* doc/gcc.texi: Update FSF printing details.
	* doc/gccint.texi: Remove FSF printing details.
