Incorrect arithmetic optimization involving bitfield arguments

	* tree-ssa-reassoc.c (make_new_ssa_for_def): New.
	(make_new_ssa_for_all_defs): Likewise.
	(zero_one_operation): Replace all SSA_NAMEs defined in the chain.
