dwarf2out.c: Indent #error directive.

	* dwarf2out.c: Indent #error directive.

	* gbl-ctors.h: Fix typo in comment.
	(__do_global_ctors): Prototype.

	* gcse.c (record_one_set, pre_delete): Remove unused variables.

	* rs6000.c (rs6000_maybe_dead): Delete unused prototype.
	(print_operand): Initialize variable `t'.
