install.texi (Configuration, [...]): Remove mach.

	gcc:
	* doc/install.texi (Configuration, --enable-threads): Remove mach.
	Add lynx, mipssde.
	Sort table.

	boehm-gc:
	* configure.ac (THREADS): Remove decosf1, irix, mach, os2.
	* configure: Regenerate

	libjava:
	* configure.ac (THREADS): Remove decosf1, irix, mach, os2.
	* configure: Regenerate
