Fix gcc.dg/atomic/c11-atomic-exec-[45].c tests on Solaris 10+

	* gcc.dg/atomic/c11-atomic-exec-4.c: Define _XOPEN_SOURCE=600 on
	*-*-solaris2.1[0-9]*.
	* gcc.dg/atomic/c11-atomic-exec-5.c: Likewise.
