Add selftests to selftest.c

gcc/ChangeLog:
	* selftest-run-tests.c (selftest::run_tests): Call selftest_c_tests.
	* selftest.c (selftest::test_assertions): New function.
	(selftest::selftest_c_tests): New function.
	* selftest.h (selftest::selftest_c_tests): New declaration.
