Makefile.in (CC1OBJ): Remove.

	* Makefile.in (CC1OBJ): Remove.
	(runtime-info.h): Invoke $(CC) so all MULTIFLAGS are handled
	correctly.
	Use .m extension for temporary file.
	Remove assembler temp file.
