(LIBGCC2_WORDS_BIG_ENDIAN): Define to be 0/1 depending on the target endianess.

(ASM_FILE_START): Define, to call output_options in addition to
output_file_directive.
(TRAMPOLINE_SIZE): Correct size to match code.
