Fix Linux/sparc build after generic asm output optimizations.

	* config/sparc/linux.h (ASM_GENERATE_INTERNAL_LABEL): Delete.
	* config/sparc/linux64.h (ASM_GENERATE_INTERNAL_LABEL): Delete.
