configure.in (INTERFACE): Remove.

	* configure.in (INTERFACE): Remove.
	(release_VERSION): Remove.
	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_EXPORT_INSTALL_INFO): Change include placement.
	(libstdcxx_interface): Change. Use gcc methods to determine version.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
