Makefile.in (alpha-linux, [...]): Use a-intnam-linux.ads and system-linux-alpha.ads.

        * Makefile.in (alpha-linux, LIBGNAT_TARGET_PAIRS): Use
        a-intnam-linux.ads and system-linux-alpha.ads.
        * a-intnam-linux-alpha.ads: Remove file.
        * s-osinte-linux-alpha.ads (SIGUNUSED, SIGSTKFLT, SIGLOST): New.
        * system-linux-alpha.ads: New file.
