Install libgcj.jar as libgcj-VERSION.jar.

* Makefile.am (jardir, jar_DATA): Define (for libgcj.jar).
Create libgcj-@gcc_version@.jar instead of libgcj.jar.
* Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
* configure.in: Substitute gcc_version.
* configure: Rebuilt.
