ira-conflicts.c (print_allocno_conflicts): Always print something, even for allocno's with no conflicts.

gcc/
	* ira-conflicts.c (print_allocno_conflicts): Always print something,
	even for allocno's with no conflicts.
	(print_conflicts): Print an extra newline.
