Options

sysv4.h (LINK_TARGET_SPEC): Use two dashes for --oformat. 

	* config/rs6000/sysv4.h (LINK_TARGET_SPEC): Use two dashes for
	--oformat.
	* config/rs6000/sysv4le.h (LINK_TARGET_SPEC): Likewise.
