flow.c (insn_dead_p): Use XEXP rather than SUBREG_REG.

         * flow.c (insn_dead_p): Use XEXP rather than SUBREG_REG.
         * haifa-sched.c (sched_analyze_1): Use XEXP rather than SUBREG_REG
         and SET_DEST. Update comment.
