Options

linux.h (CPLUSPLUS_CPP_SPEC): Use %(cpp) not $(cpp_cpu). 

        * config/linux.h (CPLUSPLUS_CPP_SPEC): Use %(cpp) not $(cpp_cpu).
        * config/alpha/linux.h (CPLUSPLUS_CPP_SPEC): Likewise.
