mips.exp: Add -mtune= to mips_option_groups.

	* gcc.target/mips/mips.exp: Add -mtune= to mips_option_groups.
	* gcc.target/mips/dspr2-MULT.c: Pass -mtune=74kc
	* gcc.target/mips/dspr2-MULTU.c: Likewise.
