	* doc/xml/manual/configure.xml: Adjust GNU libc link.

	* doc/xml/manual/debug.xml: Adjust GDB documentation link.
	Use GCC instead of gcc.

	* doc/xml/manual/prerequisites.xml: Remove detailed reference
	to binutils downloads.
