[Dejagnu] fix gcc-dg-prune glitch when filtering "relocation truncation" error

  gcc/testsuite/
    * lib/compat.exp (compat-run): Remove "unresolved".
    * lib/gcc-defs.exp (${tools}_check_compile): Update code logic for
    unsupported testcase.
