Options

configure.ac: Switch from _GCC_TOPLEV_NONCANONICAL_TARGET to ACX_NONCANONICAL_TARGET. 

	* configure.ac: Switch from _GCC_TOPLEV_NONCANONICAL_TARGET to
	ACX_NONCANONICAL_TARGET.
	* configure: Regenerate.
