Hashtable.java (Hashtable(Map)): Use putAll, not putAllInternal.

	* java/util/Hashtable.java (Hashtable(Map)): Use putAll, not
	putAllInternal.
	(putAllInternal): Correct comment.
	* java/util/HashMap.java (HashMap(Map)): As above.
	(putAllInternal): As above.
