remove properties stuff from register_dump_files_1

gcc/
	* pass_manager.h (pass_manager::register_dump_files_1): Adjust.
	* passes.c (pass_manager::register_dump_files_1): Remove dead code
	dealing with properties.
	(pass_manager::register_dump_files): Adjust.
