Promote pointer function arguments and return values to Pmode.

	* config/i386/i386.c (function_value_64): Always return pointers
	in Pmode.
	(ix86_promote_function_mode): New.
	(TARGET_PROMOTE_FUNCTION_MODE): Likewise.
