nvptx.h (FIRST_PARM_OFFSET): Add void cast.

	* config/nvptx/nvptx.h (FIRST_PARM_OFFSET): Add void cast.
	(FRAME_POINTER_CFA_OFFSET): Define.
	(struct nvptx_args): Use 'tree' type.
	(INIT_CUMULATIVE_ARGS): Remove unnecessary do...while.
