	functions, and enable _GLIBCXX_USE_C99_COMPLEX_MATH if they exist.

	* config.h.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* include/std/std_complex.h: Protect complex builtins with
	_GLIBCXX_USE_C99_COMPLEX_MATH.
