	support for generic dispatching constructor calls in which we need to
	locate the tag of a secondary dispatch table associated with an
	interface type to properly dispatch the call.
	(Expand_N_Attribute_Reference [case Address],
	Expand_Dispatching_Constructor_Call, Expand_Unc_Deallocation): Fix
	handling of VM targets.
